Have a kiddo that loves creating and design? At Wild At Art's Summer Fashion Camp, we're crafting personalized experiences, one masterpiece at a time, with a special focus on fashion design. Our campers will learn to sketch, design different outfits in their design books, learn the basics on a sewing machine, create outfits they can wear from scratch and repurpose old clothes. At the end of the 4 week camp, they will showcase their work in a Fashion Show! Engage your child's creativity and passion as they explore the fashion world through hands-on craft experiences. Waiver and Release of Liability:
I, the undersigned (purchaser), am the parent or guardian of the child named. I acknowledge and understand that participation in summer camps involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, accidents, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in summer camp activities.
I further understand and agree that:
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the summer camp provider, its employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, or actions for injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with my child’s participation in the camp, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Emergency: In the event of an emergency, I authorize the camp provider to seek medical attention for my child if necessary, and I agree to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Medical Information: I agree to notify the camp provider of any known medical conditions or allergies my child may have that could affect their participation in the camp activities.
Parent Responsibility: I agree to remain responsible for my child’s behavior and agree they will remian respectful and follow all camp rules for duration of camp hours. The camp provider reserves the right to ask my child to leave the camp session if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or not in accordance with the rules of the camp. In such cases, I, the parent or guardian, agree to promptly remove my child from the activity if requested.
